Your existing tenancy is legally about to end and we need to find out whether you'd like to renew it or if you intend to give Notice.

Please download the Tenancy Renewal Form, below, completing the relevant section, and send it back to us together with your payment.

Our preferred method of payment is Faster Payment through your bank or building society and full details of how to pay are on the form.

If you've decided that you'd like to end the tenancy and are intending to give Notice, please refer to your Tenancy Agreement or give our Renewals Team a call on 0845 302 2845. If you prefer, you can email us at .

Please note that any Notice you give will run from your rent payment date, and is not one calendar month from when you decide to tell us that you're giving Notice.
